NSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS
Set-up is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, from noon to 5:00 PM. Booths must be set up and ready by 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 22. We want the booths to remain open until 4:00 PM Thursday, February 23. To drive more traffic through the exhibit area there is a designated "Silent Auction" booth with proceeds going to the Yuma Community Food Bank. Please bring something to donate to the auction if you would like to participate. The vendor reception Wednesday evening is a great networking opportunity with food and beverages provided at several locations throughout the vendor area. Pick up your exhibitor packet upon arrival from the Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association booth where name badge credentials will be available and Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association staff will answer any questions or concerns you may have.
